The former CFO has a background in accounting, bringing a unique perspective to her role with FNTG Builder Services. 'During my corporate career, I handled executive meetings that often included professionals in the fields of title, escrow and real estate sales,' Ginger explains. 'That experience has shaped the way I conduct business today; I'm in tune with the unique needs of industry specialists and their clients.' As Vice President of Sales/Major Accounts, Ginger works closely with commercial brokers, banks, investing principals and attorneys as well as builders and developers. 'We touch all phases of the real estate process, from acquiring vacant properties and land to building and selling,' she says. Through consistent communication she ensures that each client's distinct needs are handled promptly and efficiently. Her attention to detail is unwavering, her level of customer service exceptional. Ginger prides herself on serving as a value-added resource throughout the course of every transaction and beyond. She's tech-savvy, and Ginger thoroughly enjoys the opportunity to educate and train her clients on Fidelity's proprietary tools and products.
