AVP, DRE Processor

Pamela Knudsen began her career in Department of Real Estate (“DRE”) subdivision processing working for Ticor Title Insurance. After nine years of working in the title industry as a DRE processor she took her experience to real estate law firm Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP where Pamela worked as a transactional paralegal processing residential and timeshare subdivision public report filings with the California DRE and several out-of-state jurisdictions. Besides specializing in DRE processing, Pamela became proficient in LLC and corporate formation, corporate maintenance, legal document drafting and transactional closing coordination. Sixteen years of law firm experience and an entrepreneurial spirit gave Pamela the impetus to become an independent DRE consultant under dba PaperChase Services formed in October 2013, which lead her to reconnecting with a few colleagues from her title company days, and a great opportunity to become part of the FNT Builder Services team.
Pamela is a natural communicator, organizer, and people-person; she is fastidious with details and thrives on deadlines. A public report is crucial to subdivision sales, and Pamela takes pride in providing the best service possible in every step of the DRE process to ensure that clients' new-home sales goals are met.
